I currently made a new forums and theres a problem when posting a post
I have to click on reply then it sends me on a wohle new page to put my reply
is there anyway to just have it under the thread like most forums I was on? and have a "fulleditor" option thing

I'm not sure what do you need but guessing you want a quick replay box below topic like here?
AP > General > Messages & Emails > Configuration > Allow Quick Reply : Yes
