Hi, have you tried going to:

1. Administration Panel (advanced mode)
2. General Tab
3. Configuration (on the left, under Messages and e-mails)
4. Select 'Separate announcements and stickies from the messages : With a table'

i think is fix use CSS

Go to Display>Homepage>Structure and hierarchy

And then select ''Split categories on the index:Medium"

I think that should let stickies and normal topics split too

It's most likely your theme or your forum version then. This forum runs on phpBB 3 and it separates important topics from normal topics. Try switching to phpBB 3.
