delete signature
delete avatar

delete all post
delete all pm`s

ban email

I vote no because you can already do quite a few of these things from the AP when viewing someone's profile:

1. You can already delete/change the signature
2. Same as above with the avatar.
3. Ban the member.
4. Delete the user, which would delete PMs and posts.
