Multiple members of my forum http://freespeechcakers.forumotion.net/ have said that they lost all of their personal messages. Is there a way these can be retrieved?

Hi,
Yes, as Ahmedvirus as said, it's a direct result of a server crashing yesterday.
The techs are working on the issue, and have just done an all nighter, and are currently doing troubleshooting and corrections.
Everything should be corrected within the proceeding 7 days, and most things will be well in progress within 24hrs.
I'm sorry about the inconvenience.
