Better way of reminding people of incorrect password, username..

OK, so how about when people are signing up, instead of forgetting that your password is short or your password isn't strong etc..
it should have Javascript and appear like this. It would say:
Think about it, it will be more helpful of reminding users. But your opinions matter.

It already does this. If you hit save and have an invalid field it will reject the registration and tell you what to correct.

Yeah, this is unnecessary really. If a person makes a mistake or misses out on a field they're told about it anyway and the application is rejected.

Yes, but it'll appear on it already if the values are incorrect. That is better than clicking save and seeing your mistakes! It'll say the opposite thing if the values are correct.
