"Who Is Online" & "Statistics" & "Reply Area" In Phpbb3

How do I make my "Who Is Online", "Birthdays" and "Statistics" like this:

I downloaded the thing, and there are .css codes and there are .js codes, I just don't know where to put them. x:

Additional question:
What are these parts called?

The area where you can "disable bbcodes", "disable smilies", "post topic as normal/sticky/announcement"
The area where you can set up a poll
(if you're replying and not creating a thread) The area where the previous posts are displayed also called as "Topic Review".

I'm using phpbb3.

the whole thing seems to have the ID of 'postingbox'

Thanks, but it only is the ID of the first area (the one where you can put title, message, bbcodes, smilies).

I still need the ID of the other 4 areas:
