How to change the hover mouse setting in the message box?

Recently I had change the forum template but then when i found there is some glitches in the message system. When try to open new topic or create new message.

Here is the image , watch out the postition of cursor where the hover place is turned black , how to change that hover color?

Add this to CSS, change the color if you want.
