There is a problem with my forum's registration page, it only allows people to disagree with the terms and conditions.
The option for allowing new members is still on so it's not that. Would anyone know how to fix it?

Okay thanks, have you modified any templates or added any codes recently which may have caused this?
4 Mick, on 25/08/2011 at 12h59
No, haven't had a major redesign since March or so.
5 Base, on 25/08/2011 at 13h05
And what did you do in the redesign in March? Also, are you running on phpBB 2?
6 Mick, on 25/08/2011 at 13h09
Yeah, phpBB2.
Forum redesign was just stuff like banner changes, forum skins, creating new buttons and icons and stuff. But we've had new members after that, last new member signed up late June.

Right, since you're on phpBB 2 I need you check your templates.
Please go to:
1. Administration Panel (advanced mode)
2. Display Tab
3. General (on the left, under Templates)
4. See if the template 'agreement' has been modified in any way

I don't see an option called general, there's one called generalities. The only mention of templates I see is 4 templates have been modified and published on the main display page.
Wait, the theme version says phpBB2 subsilver, does that make a difference?

I'm talking about the general section of the templates. Please be aware that you must be the founder to access templates. The theme does not affect it; as long as it's phpBB 2 then it's okay.

Oh, OK. I'm not the founder, I inherited it from this other guy, he's left temporarily so I'll get in contact with him and tell him to come here.

Oh right, then you will need to get him to do it. I shall leave this topic open for him.

There should be a field for when somebody signs up, they can enter the user name of who referred them (if applicable)
