Section - Other kind wont work - Ruined Addiction

Hi guys, I'm starting a forum for a group and I cannot seem to find the option to make a new section of the forum.
My forum: MyArea.formotion.net
Under the spot it say "MyArea" there is a the word "Forum" it is collapsable, but I want to change it and also make more of them. How do I do this?
Forum Type: Invasion.

No this is not what I mean, when I do a new category in that it is still in the same "section" as news stuff. I want them to be separate, for example here is a website I use to work at.

AP > Display > Structure and Hijerarhy > Split categories on index > Medium
