How do you only have certain groups be able to change color.

Hello UmxOwnz, Can you please change the title of your problem from something like Help, Urgent, Few questions, Problems, SOS to something more related to your query/problem.

Hi, thank you for changing your title and co-operating with the rules. If you don't want a certain group to change its colour then simply uncheck 'Color Group Members' in the group settings. Repeat for any other group as necessary.
