Forum position on background

I imported a skin from hitskins, and then changed a couple of things, most notably the background image. As you can see, I've included my title of the forum in the background image, and hid the actual forum header so it wouldn't be there twice.

My problem is that I find the position of the actual forum a bit low on the page. I would like to push it upwards a tad so that it is closer to the forum title in the background image, thereby eliminating the bit of 'empty space' between the background title and the forum. Does that make sense? What I mean is that you have to scroll down a bit before you reach the actual forum, and I'd like to make that scroll distance a bit shorter.

Is this possible?

maybe try a different skin, looks low down as you have the nav bar and a huge main image. or try re sizing the main image.

EDIT - if you highlight the top of your forum image you will see how large it is this is most likely pushing your forum down. I suggest changing this main image

Thanks! I hadn't noticed that was an image as it is entirely transparent. I've made it smaller now, so the forum has moved up. Many thanks!
