Colors For Backgrounds

Alright, so I figured out how to add a BG color to the footer and navbar borders, but I'm having trouble adding a color to the parts I've marked below. I also want a border for the Who Is Online and Moderator Legend section.

I don't mind if the only ways are to have two separate borders or one full linking border for both parts.

Use the link for reference if you need to. Anyway the problem is that I want a border for the Moderator and Who Is Online parts, which I have highlighted in the picture in my first post.

Try this in your CSS:
