Hello,
I have seen this in other forums...
And i have a question?
Can i change the appearance of the click arrow in my forum? Or not?

ACP >> DISPLAY >> PICS MANAGEMENT >> ADVANCED >> MINI ICONS

You can then change the image of the arrows to an image that you made yourself.

The word that you mean to use was the cursor not click arrow.

Try adding this to your AP > Display > Colors > CSS
Change the picture if you want
