As admin I cannot login into my own forum

Hi
I created my new forum yesterday. I am the admin and I shared the admin pasword with few of my friends. My primary email is registered but I am not able to log in as admin as someone changed the password. It has been hacked. When I try to reset my password this is all I get
The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security
Is there anyway I can retrieve my forum from hackers. Please help me. I had to create a new id to post this. I will giveout my forum address if the mods me to PM.

I don't know what's wrong with it, but whenever I exit out of my browser, I get logged out of my forum.
I have the "log me in automatically" box checked, but it still does it, I just think it gets annoying, so is there anything I can do about
