UPDATE: Now the lock button is saying it's a quote?

I tested it out and it says its locked but it isn't.

By the way, it's a thread of mine that I made, and it's a global announcement to.

The button that allows you to quote says locked.

Anyone know why and how I can change that?

I have a test account and it can answer to the thread. And on the thread it says locked.

I locked it now for sure, but still, before-

Probably its a wrong icon, you can change them by going:
ACP>Display>pics Managment>Advance mode:
Now i think its topic icons i'm not sure, try to find them there

You need to change the picture for the quote button.
