If i create a new profiles, how to ensure all my members have it filled up when they log into the forum?
Or it is only meant for new signup.

If you see this Nessesary Fill ? Yes the members will fillied the custom field you did ..

Yes i agree, my site have more then 1000 members.. So if i add a new profiles and add it as "Nessesary Fill" I understand those new registration will have to filled up.
What i meant is my currently 1000 plus members, is there anyway to get them to fill up as well during their next sign in?

The current members will need to do that themselves. You should let them know about it.
