i suggest that they make an additional feature while we create a forum it will have a password just like in the phpbb

With groups you create forum permissions so you can have forums open or viewable to certain groups
and not to others, so in a sense we already have that

I vote no because:
=> You can achieve protected / private forums by using groups
=> People can give away the password to other users
=> You can forget the password
