Design/Theme & Layout - Rating: Average

When I first saw your forum's design, I was not impressed, however I was also not disgusted. Your forum's design is what it's rating is: Average. Your forum looks too average, and looks too fresh off the creation site. I think what your forum needs is some good quality JavaScript and and more codings to make the forum's design complete. As of now, I only like a couple things that make your forum's design. First, I like your background; it emphasizes the design, but not the theme. I recommend that you find a new background that will emphasize both the design, and the theme. Second, I also like how your color scheme matches with each other. That's all there is that would make your design nice. Your forum's design really needs a revitalization. It needs to be renewed to match your forum theme completely.

Aside from your design, your theme is nice, and it's good to choose a theme that you show your interest in. If you chose a theme that you have no interest in, you would be bored. Keep working on your forum's design so that your theme will be emphasized through it.

Your layout is good as well. It's very short, and provides efficient navigation. The only recommendation i have is that you keep your forums related to the forum's theme, and not off-topic.
