Few problems with my Invision forum

Hi Guys.
Looking for a little help with my forum.
I have recently switched it to an Invision layout and there are a few things I have noticed need 'tweaked'.

I have posted an image below to help you visualise my explanation.
Issue 1 - I would like to know how I can lift my forum header image up to fall into line with the blue banner that is already part of the coding. Or drop the blue banner down if possible?
Issue 2 - I would like to know how to repair/remove the highlighted part where the 'share and actions' writing is encroaching the board itself.
Any help from you guys would be most appreciative!
