Taken over forum creator privleges..

I have been the head admin of the MHwiki Forum for over the past year. The original forum creator DeadCat. Has had no activity or taken any part in the forum in almost 2 years or more. I am doing everything I can to keep the forum running but on occasion this causes problems as I do not have full forum rights since he is still listed as controlling/creating the forum... What can be done to fix this.
