I want to add an icon to my forum like this one here:

This is the icon the person is using:

It's called a favicon, In ACP general>>configuration you can change or upload the URL of the favicon you want

also you can browse the web to locate favicon hosting/making sites

eg. http://www.iconj.com/icon_generator.php Smile

or Google for it
