How to make names display glow,glitter in Chatbox,Forums e.t.c.
This tutorial is only for groups /t96136-group-s-style-on-legend-glitter-icon-glow
Is there for Usernames?

You can use this

Just add the glitter photo and remove the padding.

I just tired it on phpBB3, the same code http://i.imm.io/92Y7.png works fine. Remove the word GLOW infront. If that does not make it can you send me an account so I can login to your forum and see.
