Hi, I recently created a free forum, however I do not know how to create links. The first post that you can see is WELCOME ABOARD and I dont know how members can reply or post another topic. Can somebody help me please?

Can somebody help me with how members can reply or post or start a new category? I do not know what to do?

May I remind you that double posting isn't tolerated unless separated by 24 hours. Please use the edit button.
Members can replay using the "Post replay button" http://i.imm.io/91uj.png
Or through the quick replay if you have activated it in AP > General > Messages and emails > Configuration > Allow Quick Reply : yes
They can not create a category. You can create it only in Admin panel.
