how can i remove the "similar threads" area?

I need to know how to remove this section because I have a thread that has the title "rival scenes" as related to street fighter and the similar topics are all pornographic and even the description of what it is offends everyone...

I am using phpbb2..

Would you be able to post a link to your forums so I can have a closer look. It's probably fairly easy to remove but I want to double check the bit you mean via your forum to make it easier.

I had the same problem. Similar threads were all porn links.
You can shut it off by going to Ap/General/Forum Promotion/Traffic exchange/Activate Traffic Exchange=no
