I want to ask if I can allow my members to upload applications,games and things like that that are not free ware but not hosted on forumotion.I mean rapidshare/megaupload etc. links.P*rnography is not included.

No, you cant, except if the material is made by you or your own members...

If not, then you CAN NOT do that

And, in adition to that, Forumotion blocks MegaUpload/Rapidshare/etc links, to avoid people posting ilegal download links...

If the material is made by you or your own users, you can use the generic file upload system that is integranted in Forumotion.
