before this i already gave the infomation about the forum that has no moderator and also the founder was missing. its out of control where there are no special user can handle any thread.. as i send the info and request to mr mario .. and i also fulfill the requirement and ask the user to support me to be a founder and they all 100% support me. but today when i go to the forum it has being ban gersang.ace.st ... the link for the support is http://gersang.ace.st/t1768p30-permission-for-being-founder
and all the requirement i already send to mr mario .. i hope i got this reply soon...

Your forum was illegal & hence was deleted. Nothing can be done about it now.

what do you mean by illegal.? it was illegal because of no people can control the forum and i was asking to control it.. but your side easily delete it to solve the problem? how rude...

As what sanket says that your forum contains illegal which you broke in the TOS of forumotion and also in addition once it has been delete you cannot recover it..

It violated forumotions TOS
It seems what happened was you was trying to get control over the forum and take it over because there was no staff and the founder was no longer there.
Ok thats fine, But since there was already violations taken place, and complaints were made, then the forum complaints went to forumotion litigation and was shut down before it was handed over to you.
If you like you can contest the decision to Onlineguardian, but other then that since onlineguradian has stepped in and shut the forum down, it is now out of forumotions hands and is no longer a forumotion issue.
