My forum is new. It is http://ourfaithhaven.forumotion.com I have a person who has registered but can not connect to the forum. She can see the forum but can not post anything. When she tried to log in she gets an error. She does not show up in my Users group.
I don't know how to get her access to the forum. Is there some one who can delete her registration so she can re-register?

You can delete it yourself
Go to ACP >> Users & groups >> Users
Find her username and click
Scroll down until you see the option to delete the user. Check it and save.

Thanks,
But unfortunately the person does not show up in my users and groups or as a user. This is a new forum and only has 2 users. The person in question is not one of them.

Hi, what error message is this member receiving?

They are using yahoo email accounts and they get a message that this forum requires activation. But they never get an activation email or code. To my knowledge I have set the forum to auto activate. This is only happening if the person tries to register with a yahoo account.
Then if they try to register with a different email such as hotmail they get the message that the user id is already in use.

Yes, Yahoo emails can be a bit of a problem... and the reason why they can't register again is because their account has been registered, but it's inactive. Try seeing if there are any users in:
1. Administration Panel (advanced mode)
2. Users & Groups Tab
3. Inactive Users (on the left, under Users)
From there, you can either manually activate the account or delete it so that the user can register again but using a different email.
