HELP PLS!!!

I have few categories in my forum now, members are able to reply already thru quick reply, however, they cannot initiate a new topic. Even I as an admin, cant do it. Please refer below. This is how it looks like:

TOPIC 1
TOPIC 2
TOPIC 3
SUB TOPIC 1

Now, once you click any of these, we cannot initiate a new topic that is related to the TOPIC 1.

Please help, I hope this is clear. Smile

  • The topic would be open!
  • Verify the permissions of these forums...
  • The forum wouldn't be under construction or on holiday...

yeah, thanks..I was able to figure it out already..Another thing, I changed the theme color and after doing it, the NEW POST button disappeared. How's that?
