How to make PORTAL your HOME PAGE??

how can i accomplish this? thanks. also i was wondering if you could change the names of the "portal" and "home" on the navigation....

Administration Panel>>Display>>Homepage>>Generalities

Your forum redirects to : [] The forum index [] The portal [] A HTML page

The only way to change the words in the navigation bar would be to create new buttons.

ok i figured out how to make the new "buttons" how can i delete the original ones? or at least make them dissapear?

Display>Pics management
Advanced mode
Change the images there.

Enter the URL of the buttons you created and uploaded.

there must be a problem with the administration panel itself then, this is not the first time ive had a forum from forumotion, but when i try to edit, or change some of the images it does not show up on the page for example the left and right colum images

thanks for the reminder, and it was a problem with the template itself... so changed the template and everything works fine..
