Like in this forum, how do I change the colour of the admin's post background?

I want the admin's etc to have a different colour background to normal users like you got on this forum when an admin writes.

No?? But you can't de select the radio buttons..
It looks like by having those buttons here in the forum you have to select one
before continuing.
