So here are a list of mod permissions i would think would be good. Especially for community websites.
-Ban Permissions option for each group.
-Maximum ban option (Ex. This group can only ban a member for 7 days maximum)
-Add Categories and add forums option.
-Ban members ability to certain forum actions.(ex. This member cannot post for __ days)
These are just a few also post below for some ideas and i will edit them in! Thanks guys and vote yes!

Well, it would be nice. It would be even better if they would update the PHP Version.

I only agree with the first permission and second one (ban permission for each group and limit the maximum ban period that someone can ban other user), because you maybe do no want that all your Staff can ban, so it would be nice that you could restrict that, and same with the ban period.
But I dont agree with the rest of permissions:
Add categories: is not a good idea that a simple Mod could modify the forum structure, because that belongs to Founder chriteria
Delete members: same rason, because deletion of members is a very dangerous part, and besides, if someone deletes a member account, the founder will have to use the backup, and will lose the registrated members till the backup date...
So, that two things I think that only should belong to the Founder decission...
So, I will not vote, because I agree with the first part but not with the second one.
