I changed site name, but it's still old

Hi. I guess, that I changed site name. I mean, it's the one, u can see on the top, after address bar and stuff. U there. Or down-down, where this window is, like, u have opened IE, Mozilla and other things. And well. I changed the text there, but it is till old. In admin panel it says, that it has been changed, but on the bar it's still old, and it's confuzing and I really don't want this to be old one.

Any chances that it can be changed properly?

AP > General > Search engines > Homepage title and change it there.
