In my forum the members may use these buttons. However on this forum I'm not all too sure on what they mean. For example, doesn't solved and complete mean the same thing? If so, why do we have a choice between them? Also what's the 'Processing' and Pro Admin' buttons used for (I know only mods/admins can use but what do these buttons represent?)

Thanks Hello

Hi, let me explain them for you:

=> Solved: This speaks for itself, if the problem is solved then it is marked as solved.

=> Complete: Only used in the graphic and review sections.

=> In Progress: Only staff members can use this. This is show that a problem has been viewed and responded to by a staff member. (Admin, Manager or SMod)

=> Important: An important topic. We normally use this for stickies and announcements.

=> Pro Admin: When a problem requires the assistance of a pro admin, we use this topic icon to direct their attention to it.
