How can I remove the pop-up ads on my forum?
1 kirk, on 27/09/2011 at 19h21
You have to buy credits to have them removed.
Admin panel>Misc>Credits management>Buy / Obtain credits.
then you can click right above that on >Spend credits>ad's to have the ad's removed.

i was a little confused by when you said pop-up ad's in your first post?
what pop-up ad's? forumotion dose not have pop-up' ad's????
can you provide a screen shot or link so we can see, if you paid to have forumotions ad's removed then you should no longer have any ad's.
So not sure,? It could be you have some kind of coding/script your using with pop-out ad's in it?

I don't get any pop up ads. Are you sure, you get it from the same forum? or its some other website?
10 ALen88, on 30/09/2011 at 10h32
it's not some other website. when you open this website click somewhere on website and then you should get pop up ads.

Check around your forum, it could be someone posted a code that will cause the pop-up. I did see it when I click the first forum link.

This is your correct link to your forum?
www.dini-islam.net
because the address in the screen shot is completely different , let alone not looking like any pop-out add i have ever seen.
So dunno.May be try to back up your forum to a couple days before this started.

I checked everything in admin panel and css code too but I could not solve this problem. This pop-up ads appears just 1 time everyday.

Browser tool-bars and commercial forum widgets can give you pop-ups
If you use Internet explorer you could block the URL of adverts if you add their URL's to your browser privacy settings>>sites

Ćao Alene,
When I pressed Home navigation it did open a pop-up, some mobile network adds though only for the first time, now it's not opening them. Try removing the widgets for the Weather or Visitors map like Musket said and see does it happen than.
It should not pop-up when someone presses home in navigation Musket :$

Well I don't get any pop-ups from this site, but then I use browser pop-up blockers, MVPS hosts, Adblock plus so it's not surprising
PS. a scan of the PC with Maleware bytes might eliminate anything picked up on the PC that might cause that

Problem solved. It was the weather widget and visitors widget too. There are pop-up ads in geovisite widgets. Thanks to everyone who helped.
