Dual Announcement Issues [ ! ]

Question!
Because I'm using the Pop-Up Chatbox Coding that requires use of the Announcements, I also have a different Annoucement active. The problem is however, whichever is on top is whichever is running. So, if I have my Chatbox code on top of, say, my "Top Bar" code, then only the Chatbox will appear, and not the Annoucement box. When I first did this, it worked fine. Now, it's making me choose one or the other, help :[

I thought you went with my other chatbox method which would resolve this issue?

Because that would be my answer to this issue too.

The issue about that chatbox method is as you say it uses the announcements.... which is stupid... because the annoucnements are for well... announcements.
Its like when people put things in the site description in a tutorial or something... they forget that some people actually WANT a site description.

When I logged in today to my forum, the chatbox was discombobulate :\ I was actually about to go look for the coding and re-enter all of it. Give me a seeecond~~

P.S. - I do understand that the method's unorthodox, but it seemed to work perfectly if you don't need an announcement haha!
