Domain renewal and redirect

Hello,

i have forum with domain .com with Forumotion

It expires within 100 days. I want to ask if i will be notiffied about renewal details via email? Or how i can do that my domain expire?

When i let it expire and register it with another registar, How i need to setup redirect? What i need to enter into redirect field please

You will get a note in your admin panel when you have 60 days left.

You won't be able to register it with another host aright after it expires because you will need to wait till its back on the market which will depend on the host.

I have seen in the whois that the domain is registered on Godaddy. I have also godadd account. So there we can do domain push. And domain will be quickly reregistered, right?

Domain can't be transferred to your account currently. Domains transfers are suspended till further notice.

You won't get a email like I said you get a message in your admin panel.

Which is good only to loose domain when one is away. Thats why i need control over my domain on godaddy.

That's only with paid hosts. Since Forumotion is a free host, they control it.

Would like to be able to setup automatic renewal. No email notiffication is ridiculous.

To have it automatically renewed, simply renew the domain manually within 60 days before it's expired. That way, when the domain expires, it won't since it will automatically be yours.
