Category's Wont Work! Help!

My forum here will not work right. I can't figure it out. Basically I have two category's (General Discussion and Recruitment.) And I have one forum under each, but both are just under the same area. I tried different themes as well, but it wont work. I think I'm doing something wrong when I make the category's or the forums, or both. Please help...

Hi, to get your categories to show up please go to:
1. Administration Panel (advanced mode)
2. Display Tab
3. Structure and hierarchy (on the left, under Homepage)
4. Select 'Split categories on index : Medium'
