I know what my user name is but I cannot remember my password. I tried to have a new password sent but I must have disallowed it.

i have moved from one internet provider to another and never thought of updating the founder email. now a year later when trying to update the layout i cant remember my password and the old email isnt any good. is there anything i can do?
