Hi um, i was wondering if there was a way to block certain people from coming to your forum? Because my new site just got hacked so i had to do a back up.

The only way to block someone is banning them from your forum. This means that if you would like someone to no longer visit your forum, they must already be a member of it.

Try chaging your forum's url.
That may work.

By blocking, I suppose you could ban this person's IP address(es). Your forum is safe, just don't do anything stupid like give away your password and you shouldn't get hacked. Smile
