@ knowledgetree the code works.
@ mcstylists hardware & overclocking forums.
It doesn't.
Well it might do.
Only you can't see it.
You get the Like/Dislike to show.
But doesn't appear to register.
Vote count windows show nothing, not even 0.
I guess this is because either
The latter is more reliant on CSS.
Something to do with colors.
As implied just guessing.

Try this in your CSS:
As long as you have not changed the background color in the script, this will fix your problem.
