Online icon not changign

I went into photo management to change my online icons. Even deleted it from hosting site, and changed to new icon.
It will not display the new one yet old one still showing up.
As you can see the green dot, is the old. Which has been deleted and new image link was replaced.
Deleted all my temp files,also re-synced the forum as well. Still notta.. Any ideas
EDIT- Its now working, IDK what caused it to cache like that and now work out of blue. But this problem is fixed.

Exactly for that image, you need to go here:
Administration Panel>>Displays>>Pictures and Colors>>Pics Management
