Where can i put more information for when new members register they have more or less options.

Do you mean things to fill in when they sign up? Like more profile fields?

Yes More Registration fields. For example; put more Questions.

ACP > Users and Groups > Profile

Add more fields there. If you check the 'Necessarily filled' box then they will have to fill it in when they register.
