Forum Title will NOT change...

Alright, so... I've been trying everything I can to change the title ( What shows in the tab ) for my forum, but it still says "Free Forum : Fort Carson Roleplay" which is what it was... Like, a year ago... Anyways, I'm using the forum for something completely different now, and it will not let me change the Forum Title. I've already tried this;
However, it didn't change a thing. I've tried the HTML/CSS editing, that didn't work either... So, if I could get some help on this, that would be really awesome, as I have to have it removed, as I'm using it for a gaming community "roleplay" community and they think I'm advertising by using "Fort Carson Roleplay"

Administration Panel -> General -> Configuration -> Site Name

I believe this one is clear. When I edit field with old name, and press Send, it says changes have been made, however I still see the old name.
My site, Ravenwood Spirit, was renamed a while ago from a different name.
Unfortunately, when I renamed the forum the Tab name didn't go with it.
I've changed the URL/Description/Name but nothing is working.
