[QUERY] How to separate Important, and Pinned Topics from Normal Topics with a table?

I forgot how to do this feature, but can someone please tell me how to separate Important and Pinned Topics from Normal Topics by a table?
Just like our forums here. bwi

Try this
Administration Panel => General =>Messages and emails => Configuration=> Question Separate announcements and stickies from messages: With a table
