Dazzany...If you are using Chatbutton chat box that is your problem, the chatbutton website is down and this prevents the chatbox starting up causing the whole slowdown issue

hi, i have a forum ( http://infomania.forum-pro.in/ ) and the members told me that they try to see a catygory and it is very slow what i can do?
It's loading really slow and every time I try to post it takes me to a page saying "bad gateway" Is forumotion doing some kind of maintenance or something?
