Changing reputation +/- images on phpBB3?

Hi,
Am I correct in thinking that it is currently not possible to change the reputation +/- images if you are using a phpBB3 version?
If it is possible please point me in the right direction, i've looked everywhere but still am not clear of whether it is possible and if so how.
What I actually want to do is hide the - all together and just a Facebook type 'thumbs up' icon for people to show their appreciation for a post. I know there is a 'Thanks' facility but only the original poster can click it and this is not much use for what I need.
