Extra Comments: I found a code that allows me to place an image background on my forum posts and I was hoping to have one custom made for a single post.

What I was hoping for was to have the background image of being a charred scroll (with the curls at the top and bottom). At the very top I wanted the text Order of the Flame (centered, size=25 and with the font Wizards Magic, Regular) Just below that I wanted two § of a slightly smaller size. (Still centered) Then To Live and To Serve (centered and sized 10) If there's any way could you add in the second image I placed up as a sort of Emblem at the top right?

Its almost perfect! Could you separate the special characters from the Order text a bit more?
