^^^ What the thread title says. Supposing I want to insert a link that goes directly to a specific link, how do I "grab" that link? I know you can do it going to the person's profile, browsing through all his/hers posts, etc. etc. BUT, is there an easier/faster way to do it?
Thanks
Thanks

I don't quite get what you mean by "grab". Could you explain some more?
Thanks.
Thanks.

lol. Sorry by "grab" I meant copy the link from somewhere, either by clicking or right-clicking on something

Hi!
I'm still not following. Do you mean post links? For example: /t98688-how-to-link-to-a-specific-post#637831

No, not posting links.
For example, if i want to post a link to your post above, how/where I copy the URL that would take directly to your post?
Hope this clarifies my question

Ah, I get you now.
Well, to grab that URL you need to either visit the member's profile and search their posts OR go to the topic directly and copy the post's link. You can find the post's link next to the quote and edit buttons.

Thanks, Base. Unfortunately, that's not the case in my forum
I'm running a phpBB2 forum? Can that be the reason I don't have that link next to the quote/edit buttons?
I'm the admin of the forum wordnerds.omgforum.net Is there a feature in the admin panel that I could change so that possibility is displayed?

Yes, it is known that phpBB 2 doesn't have the link next to the quote / edit buttons. Then your only options would be either:
=> Use member's profile to find a direct link to the post
...or:
=> Change forum version (not recommended)

Thanks again, Base and, no, I don't think I'll change my forums version. Don't know what my 4,000+ members and almost million posts will end up being
