Forum Appearance Reverting and Unchangeable

I was working on the appearance of my forum, when I decided to change forum versions, phpbb3 to Invision. I totally changed the appearance. In the middle of making another change, my forum reverted to the color scheme in phpbb3. Under pics management, it shows what I inputted, but in preview and on the forum, it is completely different. I have switched versions, changed skins, but it is stuck. It looks like this:

It continues to have the same appearance as you scroll down. I have no idea what happened. I had this happen to a past forum of mine, I restored one of the backups that time, but this time I can't. I made the forum today, so there is no backup.

Hmmm. Try the following:

Change you forum to PHBB2 then change it to invision.

This is what i do if i switch versions.

Yes, the only thing in the drop down box is "To select:"

I had an idea, and decided to clear my caches. It looks fine now. I have no idea what happened... Thanks for your help, though.
