Can you be more specific? What part of the forum are you referring to? Please note that it will not be possible to obtain the CSS code of the forum you're talking about because it belongs to the author who made it, unless the author is willing to share it.

Oh dear... didn't know that...
Well, In my forum the topics are 2 on top and 2 under them in each cell..
I would like to have all 4 of them in one line so users will not have to scroll too much to see all of the forum topics...
Can you at least tell me the member's name so I can send him/her a p.m. ?
